The bliss of your own life, it is in your hands, my hands, in your words, in my words. Energy in action, EIA, that is the mantra. We create and uncreate, we sing and we dance, we cry or we laugh. All our own energy in action.

Let's just use this energy with a wink, let life come to us and we mould the clay. Difficult moments, let's have them and use them as a nudge of courage, to be here in our own life. 

Life energy, mana, or ki and chi, or even prana... all the same for one thing : our existence given free to us to use as we direct it with our attention. It makes a huge difference to be positive, or take things lightly, or choose for good and smile your day away.
